Along with antioxidants, green veggies provide minerals and phytonutrients. Drinking them rather than eating them allows your body to process them a lot easier. You're probably familiar with the chlorophyll in plants. It's what makes them green and helps them absorb light and convert it to energy. But did you know that it has a lot of health benefits for the body as well? In people, it aids with digestion, helps detox the liver, and has antioxidant properties. Inflammation lies at the root of almost every chronic disease known to man. From obesity to diabetes to cancer, inflammation is almost always the cause. These juices help reduce this inflammation and helps prevent serious health issues. Your body's ph level is very picky. It can't be too acidic and it can't be alkaline. It needs to be right between 7.35 and 7.45 ph. When you consume alcohol and processed foods, your body becomes more acidic. Consuming green veggies help maintain your alkalinity. In each kale'd it! Juice: 2 1/2 cups of chopped kale 3/4 of a medium cucumber 2/3 of a green apple 1 1/3 of a medium stalk of celery 1/4 of a lemon 6 slices of ginger in each green day juice: 1 1/4 of a green apple 2 cups of chopped kale 2 1/2 stalks of celery 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks 1/4 of a lemon 10 slices of ginger in each celebrate!: about a full stalk of celery and 1/8 of a lemon to lower ph just below 4.5.

3-Day Juice Cleanse Juice

For 3 days in a row: 8am celebrate! 10am carrot gold 12pm kale'd it! 3pm vivid beet 5pm green day 7pm almond mylk pick-up/deliveries either on thursdays or mondays. Directions: replace food with juice! Drink all 6 bottles in 1 day. Most do not get hungry on the cleanse but if you do, a great tip is to add a pinch sea salt to some water, and drink! If you want to exercise, do something light but always listen to your body. It is normal to have a headache or feel achy the day after a cleanse. The body is detoxing. It is similar to an addict having withdraws. Drink plenty of water to help flush the system faster. Juices must stay refrigerated (under 41 degrees). Have a great cleanse!
